Just made them deviled eggs for the first time of my life, without having ever seen or eaten one. It’s not something we have in Brazil, but/so I decided to give it a spin. I’m a terrible cooker, but I’m satisfied with the results.
I decided to eat it while it’s hot. The consistency of the egg was somehow too soft/greasy. Next time I’ll fridge it for sure.
